The Government of India offers, through Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), four scholarships to Mexican students, and two to Belizean students, every year, for any academic courses in India, undergraduate and postgraduate, as also for doctoral research programmes.

For applications forms, and for details regarding the courses, universities and institutions, where such studies can be pursued, and the terms and conditions of the scholarships, scholars may please visit the Gurudev Tagore Indian Cultural Centre, on any working day between 10 A.M. and 5 P.M.

For Mexican students, the applications need to be forwarded to the Embassy through the Directorate General of Cultural Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) of the Government of the United Mexican States. Applicants are therefore advised to also visit the SRE website here.  Belizean students may likewise forward the applications through the Belizean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The applications must reach the Embassy, through the proper channel, as above, by February 17, 2012, for the academic session beginning July/August.
